Welcome to TenantPing! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TenantPing software platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TenantPing ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, landlords, property managers, tenants, and others who access or use the Service.

TenantPing is a property management software platform that enables:

• Landlords and property managers to track maintenance requests, manage vendors, and organize property operations
• Tenants to submit maintenance requests, upload photos, and communicate with property managers
• Automated workflows for maintenance coordination and vendor assignment
• Reporting and analytics for property management optimization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

TenantPing offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan

Our free plan is available for up to 5 units with basic features. The free plan is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of availability or support level.

Paid Plans

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely secure.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TenantPing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENANTPING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
